Request for Proposal

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Nigeria invites proposals from qualified firms to conduct the following services:

(a)     Mapping of existing legislation and policies in Nigeria designed to combat violence against women, analysis of existing legal and policy frameworks with international standards to identify gaps; and

(b)     Conduct a comparative review of the NPS staff development /training policies against international and regional good practice.

All bids must be submitted in the format specified on the RFP document and clearly marked:

(4)     “Request for Proposal-Comparative Review” for the of the NPS staff development/training policies against international and regional good practice

All sealed bids must be received at the UNDP address specified in the RFP document latest by 5:00 pm, 10^th February 2015.
