Request for Proposals

Mercy Corps Nigeria seeks qualified companies to provide the following services in her Abuja Office:

• Cleaning services.
• Supply of 80 KVA generators.
• Generator service maintenance services.
• Supply of calibrated diesel tanks of 2000 liters capacity.

Qualifications:

• Companies must be registered with CAC.

Documents to be attached:

• Copy of Certificate of registration/incorporation of the bidding company
• Copy of Memorandum and Article of Association
• Tax Clearance Certificate or last 3 years audited financial statement

All interested companies should submit a proposal in sealed envelopes addressed to: The Operations manager, Mercy Corps Nigeria, No 5 Peka close, off Buchanan crescent, Off Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja not later than 17^th April 2014.
