Reference: EOI-Ngr-2015-001 – Printing and Graphic Design Services Unicef Nigeria Country Office Requires the Services of Printing Companies for the Upcoming Invitation to Bid.
(a) Production of Data Tools for UNICEF programmes in Nigeria. The materials will include production and delivery of various Cards, Forms, Tally Sheets, Immunization Registers, and Monitoring Charts.
(b) Production and delivery of Stickers.
Mandatory Requirements for Prequalification
(1) Minimum of 5 years of existence and experience in provision of similar services
(2) Operate from own press with minimum of a four color printing machine in offset or digital format
(3) Have a functional in-house pre-press section with graphic design services and type setting
(4) Have a finishing section with sorting machines and perfect binding facility
(5) Adequate capacity for printing on non-paper medium (Stickers, Flex banners, etc)
Submission of Expression Of Interest (EOI)
Interested companies are encouraged visit our website http://www.unicef.org/nigeria/about_3841.htmlto download/print the Supply Profile Form (SPF). The completed SPF should be submitted with the following:
(1) Copy of certificate of incorporation, and registration.
(2) Copy of the company profile, list of machines and equipment, staff CVs, list of organizations to which similar services has been provided and at least 3 reference letters from clients served in similar area of specialization

We do not require bids or proposals at this stage; we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in the tender. A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in the tender.
UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final tender document.
