Request for Expression of Interest at The Partnership for Transforming Health Services (PATHS2)
The Partnership for Transforming Health Systems 2 (PATHS2), a DFID funded program in Nigeria, aims to improve the planning, financing and delivery of sustainable and replicable pro-poor health services for common health problems, focusing on Lagos, Enugu and the Federal Government (Abuja).
PATHS2 is looking to identify and pre-qualify a broad range of qualified suppliers that offer competitive pricing for quality goods and services for the period of March 2015 – July 2016.
- Hotels (Accommodation and Workshop Facilities)
- Printing of Project documents, brochures, publications
- Phone and Internet Recharge Cards
- Office Stationery and Supplies
- Travel Agents for domestic and international travel
- Fuel for project vehicles
- Office maintenance services (Plumbing, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Pest Control, Refrigeration etc.)
- Diesel deliveries for office generators
- Delivery and Moving services
- Company Secretarial Services
- Tax Services
Mandatory requirements for interested suppliers
- Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration of Business Name with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT registration Certificate
- Reference letter from the company’s bank, reflecting Account name, Account Number
- References from existing clients (minimum of 3 written references with contact information)

Responses must be received at the various sites by close of business on March 9, 2015.
Suppliers will undergo a pre-qualification/review process to ascertain and confirm their suitability and capacity for performing supply and contracting obligations for the PATHS 2 project.
Please note that all BIDS MUST BE SEALED otherwise the proposals will be disqualified.
