Invitation to Tender

Tender are invited from registered and qualified contractors for the execution of these environmental services:

(A)    Waste management and Drainage Evaluation Supervision Consultant

(B)     Waste Collection and Disposal Contractors

(2)     Tender Requirements:

Interested Tenderers are required to show:

(a)     Evidence of payment of non-refundable application fee of N100, 000. 00. The Application fee should be paid into the following Accounts:

(b)     Evidence of registration with Ministry of Works as a Contractor in Imo State

(c)      Current Tax Clearance Certificate

(d)     VAT Registration Certificate

(e)      Evidence of Ability to Perform/ Past Performance

(f)      Evidence of financial Ability from a Bank

(g)     Certificate of Incorporation

(h)     Memorandum of Association
(i)      Articles of Association

(3)     The endorsed unprized bill of quantity should be collected from the Office of the Executive Governor, Government House, Owerri on the presentation of the Receipt of the Non-refundable tender fee.

(4)     The Quotation together with the Tender documents must be enclosed in Wax sealed envelopes and clearly marked on the top “Confidential:  Tender for Special Imo Rescue Services” (Please indicate the service you are interested in) addressed to and delivered by hand to:

To reach him not later than 17^th August 2015. Tenders not enclosed in a Wax sealed envelope will be rejected.

(5)     Government is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
