Invitation to Bid
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international, non-sectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
The IRC has been active in Nigeria since 2012, providing essential services for IDPs and host communities in partnership with several international donors; the IRC is continuing its operations in North East Nigeria and is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive, sealed bids, to establish a contract with authorized vendors for provision of various goods and services as per Categories Listed below, for a period of 1 year Commencing from July, 2015.

It is required to provide sample of supplies with bid (where applicable).
The proposals will be evaluated based on predetermined evaluation criteria. IRC and the winning bidder(s) will agree on a fixed price Master Purchase Agreement (Framework Contract Agreement) for a period one year.
Note:
All unit prices should include transportation costs to either Abuja or Adamawa
For Abuja Country Office, only categories B and C apply.

Bids will not be accepted after 10:00am on BID CLOSING DATE above.
