Requests for Expression of Interest for Maintenance of Heavy Duty Generators and Catering Services
Introduction:
Government Integrated Financial Management Information System (GIFMIS) is a component of Economic Reforms and Governance Project (ERGP). The overall objective of GIFMIS is to implement a computerised financial management information system for the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN), which is efficient, effective, and user friendly. Currently GIFMIS is having 551 Ministries/Departments/Agencies (MDAs) on its platform and the system is running 24/7.
The Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF) has two data centres (Primary Data Centre at Abuja and Disaster Recovery Centre outside Abuja). OAGF intend to include the remaining 288 MDAs on its platform by the Year 2015.
(B) Scope;
In view of the above, OAGF hereby invites reputable and competent firms to express interest in the following:-
Lot l – Ref. No. OAGF/GIFMIS/2015/001: Maintenance of Heavy Duty Generators at PDC and DRC; and
Lot 2- Ref. No. OAGF /GIFMIS / 2015 /002 : Catering Services for Service Wide Trainings /Workshops/Seminars.
(C) Expression of Interest Requirements:

(i) Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) Years (2012, 2013 and 2014).
(ii) Current Pension Clearance Certificate from PENCOM.
(iii) Evidence of Compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No.19 of 2011.
(iv) Evidence of Compliance with Nigeria Social Trust Fund (NSITF).
(v) Evidence of being in the business of maintenance of generator for the last three (3) Years (2012, 2013 and 2014).
(vi) Certify True Copy of certificate of incorporation of the Company
(vii) Company’s profile.
(viii) COREN Practising License
Requirement for Catering Services
(I) Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) Years (2012, 2013 and 2014).
(II) Current Pension Clearance Certificate from PENCOM.
(III) Evidence of Compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No. 19 of 2011.
(IV) Evidence of Compliance with Nigeria Social Trust Fund (NSITF).
(V) Evidence of being in the business of Catering Services for the last three (3) Years (2012, 2013 and 2014).
(VI) Certify True Copy of certificate of incorporation of the Company
(VII) Company’s profile.
(VII) Evidence of registration with relevant regulatory body in Nigeria.
(D) Submission of Expression of Interest
The Expression of Interest documents are to be submitted in three copies, A4 size and neatly bound. The documents should be arranged in order listed under Expression of Interest requirements. The document must be sealed in an envelope marked Expression of Interest with the lot number and OAGF reference number.
Interested firm may obtain further information at the address below during office hours (10.00 am to 4.00 p.m.) Monday through Friday (except public holidays)
The selection of consultants/firms would follow a two-Stage process in which applicants would be shortlisted strictly on the basis of eligibility criteria provided above.
Only shortlisted firms would be contacted to participate in the submission of bid for the assignment.
The Expression of Interest should be delivered not later than 4.00p.m 10th April, 2015 at the address shown below:
