Invitation for Prequalification (IFP) for Printing and Graphic Design Services
Reference: IFP-NGR-2015-002 Printing LTA
UNICEF Nigeria Country Office is in the process of initiating a tender to establish Long Term Arrangements (LTA) for Printing Services. In this regards, UNICEF is seeking interested Printing Companies to submit
Frequently procured services for printing includes production of materials that categorized below; in 2014 the total value spent for these is in excess of USD1.7M.
(1) Posters
(2) Flyers and frequently asked questions, pamphlets
(3) Manuals, guidelines and brochures
(4) Books and publications
(5) Calendars and Year planners
(6) Flexi Banners
(7) Promotional materials (T-shirts, bags, caps etc.)
(8) Technical specifications, quantity requirements and pricing information will be included in the upcoming tender. Only prequalified Entities will be invited to bid and prequalification will be conducted in two stages of a) desk review and b) site visit, of Printing Firms that meet the minimum prequalification requirements during the first stage.
Mandatory Requirements for Prequalification
(1) Minimum of 3 years of existence and experience in production of one or any of the above categories
(2) Personnel: CVs of key staff with expertise and experience covering full production cycle (Pre-Press, etc)
(3) Equipment: list of owned equipment, year of purchase and production capacity.
(4) Evidence of handling similar services attested by attaching contracts, purchase orders
Submission of Request to Prequalify
Interested companies are encouraged visit our website http://www.unicef.org/nigeria/supply.html to download/print the Supply Profile Form (SPF). The completed SPF should be submitted with the
following:
(1) Copy of certificate of incorporation, and registration.
(2) Copy of the company profile, staff CVs, list of equipment, list of organizations to which similar services has been provided and at least 3 contract awards and references from clients served with similar services.

This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. We do not require bids or proposals at this stage; we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in the tender. A response to this Invitation for Prequalification does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in the tender.
UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final tender document
