Hygeia Foundation would like to officially request for your bids to minimally upgrade 12 of our existing Secondary Health Facilities across three states in Nigeria.

Hygeia Foundation is a subsidiary of Hygeia Group and we are a Sub-Recipient in the Global Fund Round Nine HIV/AIDS program in Nigeria. We are committed to fulfilling five objectives of the program reporting all activities to NACA (National Agency for Control of AIDS). We presently support 90 health facilities which are spread over 3 states of the federation.

We have the mandate of our principal recipient to upgrade the facilities spread across Osun, Kwara and Niger States.

Terms of Bid

Your company will be expected to send to us the hard copies of the following for consideration to execute this upgrade.

• Letter of introduction stating previous related activities executed if any
• Quotation in form of specified list showing upgrade requirements to include the cost of logistics to transport and install items as necessary.
• Expected duration for the completion of the upgrade across the states.
• Copy of your company’s incorporation certificate.
• Company’s bank account details
• Evidence of tax payment to include TIN number.
