Invitation for Bids for Procurement of 3Nos, 40KVA Sound Proof Generator and 1No, 40 Seater Bus for the School of Health Technology, Benin City

(1)     Edo State Government in its holistic approach to improving health care delivery in the State is working towards further improving the quality of trainings in our health training schools. Towards achieving this, it intends to provide 3nos- 40KVA sound proof generators and 1no. 30seater bus for the School of Health Technology, Benin City. The provision will ensure that the hostels, I.C.T. unit and the classrooms are with more reliable power supply and the students will also have a bus for field trips and out of class practical experience.

(2)     Edo State Ministry of Health Benin City now invites sealed bids for the procurement of 3nos 40kva sound proof generator and 1no. 30seater bus for the School of Health Technology, Benin City as shown below:

(3)     Bidding documents which contains detailed Information, may be obtained at the Due Process Office in the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Health, King Square Benin City between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays except on public holiday upon submission of a written request and upon the payment of a non refundable fee of N20, 000 (Twenty thousand Naira) in cashiers cheque or bank draft payable to Edo State Ministry of Health. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same office.

(4)     Bids shall be valid for a period of 14days and shall be delivered to the Due Process Office in the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Health, King Square Road Benin City on or before 10.00am of 7^th January 2015, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.

(5)     Bids shall be opened at the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Sickle Cell Building, Golf Course Road, Benin City at 11.00am 7^th January, 2015
