Strengthening Veterinary Services within Three LGAs in Gombe State
General Information: Mercy Corps invites sealed bids from all eligible applicants to submit their offers for Conducting Knowledge Gaps Assessment and Trainings for Community-based Animal Health Workers (CAHWs/para-vets): existing and new within the framework of OFDA/USAID funded project: Strengthening Opportunities and Access to Resilience Project (SOAR).
Eligibility: The successful consultant(s) should have extensive experience in Livestock Development & Management, Economic Development, Natural Resource Management, as well as an appreciation of related issues and challenges, in North-Eastern Nigeria and earlier demonstrated experience in conducting similar tasks, according to the enclosed Scope of Work
Tender Basis:
All bids shall be made in accordance with the Tender Documents found in the link below and must include:
- Technical capacity statement and detail experience in implementing similar trainings, along with relevant CVs of consultants to lead the trainings and fieldwork
- Sample of the previous CAHWs/para-vets training curriculum
- Proposed time schedule of the required tasks (enclosed in SoW, p 2)
- Budget breakdown and total cost of delivery of all required tasks (NGN and USD), including payments conditions
