Invitation to Bid

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of the UN System in Nigeria invites bids from relevant registered service providers for the following services:

1. a) Internal Cleaning Services on a long term agreement
2. b) External Cleaning and Gardening Services on long term agreement
3. c) Fumigation Services on a long term agreement
4. d) Vehicle Maintenance Services on a long term agreement (re-advertised)

All bids must be submitted in the format specified on the ITB document and clearly marked:

• “IITB- Internal Cleaning Services 2014” for Internal Cleaning Services bids.
• “ITB- External Cleaning and Gardening Services 2014” for External Cleaning and Gardening Services bids.
• “ITB-Fumigation Services 2014” for Fumigation Services bids.
• “ITB-Vehicle Maintenance 2014” for Vehicle Maintenance Bids

All sealed bids must be received at the UNDP address specified in the ITB document latest by 5:00 pm, 30th September, 2014.
