Invitation for Bid for the Supply of Medical, Consumables and the Printing of Medical Records Forms and Materials.
Edo State Hospitals Management Board, Benin City invites sealed bids for the procurement of various medical consumables and printing materials for use in its thirty-four (34) Hospitals across the state as shown below:

- Items description of items, quantities delivery schedule and location are available in the bidding document.
- Bidding document which contains detailed information, may be obtained at the OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION, EDO STATE HOSPITALS MANAGEMENT BOARD, KING’S SQUARE, BENIN CITY between the hours of 10.00am and 2.00pm on Mondays to Fridays except on public holiday, upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of N30,000 naira (thirty thousand naira) in cashier cheque or bank draft payable to Edo State Hospitals Management Board. Interested bidders many obtain further information at the same office.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of all bidders one week after closing date at 11:00am at the OFFICE OF THE PERMANENT SECRETARY/CHIEF EXECUTIVE, HOSPITALS MANAGEMENT BOARD, BENIN CITY.
