Advertisement of Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of Solar Powered Water Schemes of Communities of Siri Village of Dandi Local Government
Project Contract No: KBSTB/MWRD/064/2014
- Provision of solar powered water schemes to communities of Siri Village of Dandi Local Government
- The Scope of Works for the Project shall include the Following
i.) Drilling of a complete 150mm dia borehole with SQ type solar pump
ii.) Construction of a complete 22.5m3 welded tank 6m tower
iii.) Supply and installation of solar modules
iv.) Construction of control room and fencing works
v.) Water quality test and aquifer recovery test
- Qualification Of Firms Responding of the (RFQ)
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of water materials etc in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of:
a.) Payment of Corporate Taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc
b.) Kebbi State Tenders Board Registration Certificate
c.) Letters of confirmation by applicant’s banker on having financial, capacity to execute the contract
d.) Certificate of Incorporation for companies/consulting firms
e.) Memorandum and articles of Association
f.) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
g.) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipment and investments
h.) List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance
i.) List of company/consulting firms, personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field
j.) Third Party Insurance
Deadline for the Submission Of Quotation
All interested companies are to submit their quotation of the project on or before 29th May, 2014.
The ministry of water resources and rural development Kebbi state reserves the right to reject any ‘ quotation that does not meet its requirements.
