Request for Proposal (RFP)
The Edo State Government is calling for Proposals from competent Firms to supply Biometric (Fingerprint) Time and Attendance System for Ministries, Departments, Agencies, Schools and Hospitals in Edo State.
The system must include the following features:-
- Ability to store a minimum of 10,000 fingerprints at a time per device
- Should be able to integrate with existing Databases (Oracle SQL, MS SQL, MY-SQL)
- Should have a Web-enabled Interface
- Should have capability for remote connection
- Should have an alternative source of power to ensure 24/7 operation
Interested firms must supply the following verifiable evidence including but not limited to:
- Company Profile including ownership structure, Management team, technical and functional staff.
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Article of Association from Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.
- 3 years Audited account of the firm, and evidence of payment of tax in the last three years.
- Evidence of registration as a contractor in Edo State.
- Evidence of technical competence and relevant experience in similar works and service.
- Evidence of financial capability and bank support.
- Verifiable reference list of clients of whom similar service were/are being executed by the firm or members of the consortium; giving scope, location, value, date executed, address, telephone number, and contact person.
- Any other information, considered relevant to your application.
The Agency will normally verify the authenticity of documents submitted or claims made. The Agency reserves the right to disqualify incomplete documentation.
Only shortlisted firms will be contacted.
Submission
Proposals and accompanying documents must be delivered in four (4) hard copies in sealed envelope marked “Confidential; Request for Proposal for Biometric Time and Attendance System” at the top left corner of the envelope and delivered to the address below not later than 14th April, 2014.
