Request for Proposals: Organizational Development of Ebonyi State Water Corporation
Sustainable Water and Sanitation in (SUWASA) is a program funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement a two year Reform project to improve the delivery of water and sanitation services to the urban areas of Ebonyi State, Nigeria.
The SUWASA / Nigeria – Ebonyi project is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide technical assistance for Organizational Development for Ebonyi State Water Corporation (EBSWC). The selected firm will provide assistance in the following areas identified to improve accountability and efficiency of EBSWC operations:
- Organizational Review
- Human Resources Development Strategy
- Job Profiles, Remuneration and Incentive Schemes
- Change Management
