Invitation for Technical and Financial Proposal for the Development of Climate Change Policy, Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy
The Enugu State Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources on behalf of the State Government intend to develop a Climate Change Policy, Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy for the State. Thus the Ministry is inviting Technical and financial proposal from consultancy firms to carry out the project.
Prequalification Requirements
1. Evidence of incorporation or registration of business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Three years tax clearance certificate for 2011, 2012 and 2013.
3. Audited Account for three (3) consecutive years (2011, 2012, 2013).
4. Evidence of financial capacity (bank’s reference)
5. Corporate profile with evidence of requisite technical capacity and having carried out similar projects in the past 3 years.
6. Verifiable and functional business office address
Submission of Technical and Financial Proposal:
Technical and Financial Proposal should be submitted in two differently sealed envelopes each marked technical or financial proposal as the case may be and then later enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name of the project clearly indicated at the top left comer of the envelope. All applications must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th May, 2014 and be clearly marked “Application for technical and financial proposal for the Development of Climate Change Policy, Mitigation and Adaptation Strategy for Enugu State”. The documents must be signed and addressed to the:

Note:
Consultants whose technical proposal will be selected will be required to provide a minimum of 2% of the sum quoted as bid Security during the opening of financial bid.
