Bid Solicitation for the Procurement of 4 Toyota Hilux Vehicles

The Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) has received grants from Global Fund, part of which is for the procurement of four 2.7L petrol engine 4WD Toyota Hilux vehicles. ARFH, therefore request for separate quotation (RFQ) from accredited Toyota dealers for each of the following specifications, Basic automatic transmission and Shell spec and also registration of the vehicles

Pre-qualification:

The RFQ documents should contain the following information:

(1)     Full details of the company’s profile

(2)     Evidence of company incorporation with CAC

(3)     Evidence of execution of similar job(s) in the past

(4)     Evidence of Payment of taxes /Tax Identification Number

(5)     Evidence to show accreditation as a licensed Toyota dealer

N/B:

Only the Vendors scoring from 70% and above in the Pre-qualification and also based in Abuja will be considered for the Financial Bid Analysis.

Financial Bid/Price Quotes:

The least complaint price shall be selected after the financial bid analysis. You are expected to present your best quote inclusive of 5% WHT for the above mentioned brand because the least complaint price will be chosen.

Method of Submission:

The EOI documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked on the top right corner with ‘HILUX VEHICLE’ and addressed to:

The successful bidder(s) shall be notified in writing and will be invited to sign an agreement with ARFH.

Submissions must reach the above mentioned address on or before 26^th February, 2015.
