Pre-Qualification of Vendors; Expression of Interest (EOI) – FHI360
FHI360 is amongst the largest non-profit and non-governmental organization in international public health and development working with funding from United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement, Strengthen Integrated Delivery of HIV/AIDS Services (SIDHAS) Project in Nigeria.
The Lagos State Office is inviting qualified vendors/contractors to participate in vendors’ pre-qualification exercise. Successful vendors who meet the prequalification requirements will be registered as vendors who will provide goods and services to the state office as at when required.
Each vendor is expected to serve FHI360 in any of the specialized areas below:
- Hotels (for accommodation and conferences)
- Printing (M & E Tools and other printing materials)
- Branding and corporate gifts
- Supply of diesel (AGO)
- Medical & Laboratory consumables and equipment
- Catering & event management
- Supply and repairs of IT equipment & consumables
- Supply of office equipment
- Supply of stationery
- Renovation/infrastructural upgrade
- Furniture & fittings
- Vehicle repairs & maintenance
- Car hire support services
- Supply and servicing of fire extinguishers
- Air conditioner maintenance and services
- Supply of electrical appliances
- Office cleaning materials General supplies
Vendor requirement for Pre-qualification:
- Company Profile including names and contact details of key personnel
- Evidence of valid registration with corporate affairs commission
- Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last three years Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Evidence of corporate office, phone number and email address
- Verifiable list of previous/similar projects/work carried out in the recent past
- Evidence of financial capability and bankers’ support letters
- List of technical personnel and their qualification (renovation only)

All existing vendors should consider this EOI as a revalidation exercise and must participate in this process.
As part of the prequalification process, FHI360 may visit the locations of the vendors to assess their capacity as stated on the supplier registration form. FHI360 is not under any obligation to register any vendor and only successful vendors will be contacted. This call for Expression of Interest does not amount to a commitment on the part of FHI360 and nothing in this EOI shall be construed to be a binding legal contract. FHI360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals without any obligation to inform the affected applicants of the basis for the acceptance or rejection. Any subsequent procurement will be governed by FHI360 Procurement policy and Procedures.
Closing date for expression of interest is June 18th 2014 by 5:00pm while final closing date for submission of registration document is 5:00pm, June 30th 2014.
