TechnoServe Inc. (TNS) Nigeria invites your firm to participate in this competitive solicitation for pricing, delivery and terms of potential sale on the final evaluation of the following program for the TNS office in Abuja, Nigeria.

| Program Goal | Train 5000 cashew farmers in Good agricultural practices to increase their productivity by 20%.Conduct initial study to define specific training needs, Train two cohorts of farmers on good agronomic practices, harvest and post-harvest handlings and farming as a business practice. Strengthen farmer’s ability to collaborate on bulking their nuts for sale to buyers. |

1.0 Eligibility Criteria
Prospective applicants are requested to submit their expressions of interest that demonstrate capacity and capability to undertake this assignment detailing the following information as basis for short- listing for further evaluation in a subsequent process in which technical and financial proposals will be requested and reviewed accordingly. The prospective bidder may be a Single entity or consortium but not individual consultants. Other required documents include;
- Last three (3) years 2012, 2013, & 2014 Tax clearance certificate
- Company profile and CV’s of company technical staff indicating qualification and years of experience
- Reference letters from 3 previous clients of similar projects satisfactorily completed
- Strong relevant experience in designing and leading multi-faceted program evaluations with experience working private sector Agri-industry
- Proven ability to use quantitative, qualitative and participatory evaluation methods
- Experience in Nigeria with respect to the workings with farmers training programs
- Candidates fluent in written and spoken English
Submission
The pre-qualification documents and the proposal are to be submitted in two copies, A4 size, paged and neatly bound and sealed in two envelops with the outer envelope marked “Pre-qualification for TNS Promoting Cashew farmer livelihoods in Nigeria” (Quote the appropriate project’s name boldly written on the top right hand corner of envelope) and delivered to; TechnoServe Nigeria office, 17 Amino Kano, Wuse II, Abuja to reach not later than Monday, June 15th 2015 at 4:00pm.
