Bid Solicitation for the Procurement of 220 Megaphones (Public Address System for Community Outreach
The Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) has received grants from Global Fund, part of which is for the procurement of 220 Megaphones (Public Address System) to be used for Community outreach in the GF HIV Project. ARFH, therefore request for separate quotation (RFQ) from Megaphone dealers for each of the following specifications as contained in ARFH’s website– http://www.arfh-ng.org/careers.
Pre-qualification:
The RFQ documents should contain the following information:
(1) Full details of the company’s profile
(2) Evidence of company incorporation with CAC
(3) Evidence of execution of similar job(s) in the past
(4) Evidence of Payment of taxes/Tax Identification Number
(5) Evidence to show accreditation as a Megaphone dealer

Only the Vendors scoring from 70% and above in the Pre-qualification will be considered for the Financial Bid Analysis.
Financial Bid/Price Quotes;
The least complaint price shall be selected after the financial bid analysis. You are expected to present your best quote inclusive of 5% WHT for the above mentioned brand because the least complaint price will be chosen.
Method of Submission;
The EOI documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked on the top right corner with ‘MEGA PAS’ and addressed to:

The successful bidder(s) shall be notified in writing and will be invited to sign an agreement with ARFH.
